Each blade is meticulously hand-forged from high-quality 5160 leaf spring steel — a material renowned for its durability and resilience. Using traditional forging techniques, each sword undergoes a rigorous crafting process to ensure both strength and balance. After shaping, the blade is water-tempered to achieve optimal hardness and flexibility. The final product is sharpened to a keen edge, making it ready for use straight out of the forge.
