Warranty, Replacement & Return Policy – Everest Forge

At Everest Forge, we take great pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and functionality of every blade we hand-forge. Your satisfaction and trust matter deeply to us. Limited Warranty

All Everest Forge blades come with a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What is Covered:

  • Cracks or breaks in the blade due to faulty forging or tempering
  • Structural defects in the handle or tang
  • Separation of blade from handle under normal use
  • Faulty sheaths or scabbards due to material failure

What is Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Improper sharpening techniques
  • Rust, corrosion, or water damage due to neglect
  • Custom-modified or altered products

If you believe your blade has a genuine manufacturing defect, contact us within the warranty period and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


Replacement Policy

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a free replacement or exchange. Please report any such issues within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • You must provide clear photographs of the issue
  • Original packaging must be kept for return if needed

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Conditions:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
