At Everest Forge, we take great pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and functionality of every blade we hand-forge. Your satisfaction and trust matter deeply to us. That’s why we stand behind our products with a clear and fair Warranty, Replacement, and Return Policy — designed to give you confidence in every purchase.

Limited Warranty

All Everest Forge blades come with a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What’s Covered:

  • Cracks or breaks in the blade due to faulty forging or tempering
  • Structural defects in the handle or tang
  • Separation of blade from handle (under normal use)
  • Faulty sheaths or scabbards due to material failure

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Improper sharpening techniques
  • Rust, corrosion, or water damage due to neglect
  • Custom-modified or altered products

If you believe your blade has a genuine manufacturing defect, contact us within the warranty period and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Replacement Policy

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a free replacement or exchange. Please report any such issues within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • You must provide clear photographs of the issue
  • Original packaging must be kept for return, if needed

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be in unused, original condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  • Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or engraved blades
  • Used or modified blades
  • Items returned after 14 days

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

  2. Include photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
  3. Wait for confirmation and further instructions
  4. Pack the item securely and send it to the provided return address
