Viking & Medieval Swords – Blades Forged from Warrior Traditions
Step into the legacy of warriors with Everest Forge’s collection of hand-forged Viking and Medieval swords — a tribute to the blades carried across Europe from the Viking Age through the Middle Ages. From the iconic swords of Norse raiders to the refined arming swords of medieval knights, these weapons were forged not just for battle, but as enduring symbols of honor, heritage, and power.
Built on Tradition, Forged for Function
Each sword in this collection draws from historical patterns between the 8th and 15th centuries. Our Viking-inspired swords feature broad double-edged blades, deep fullers, and lobed pommels, while our medieval designs evolve into straight crossguards, disc or Brazil nut pommels, and longer, more tapered blades suited for armored combat. All blades are hand-forged in Nepal from 5160 high-carbon spring steel, water-tempered, and sharpened to ensure strength, flexibility, and real-world usability.
These swords are not replicas for display alone. Every piece is built with full tang construction and ergonomic balance, paired with handcrafted handles made from hardwood, antler, or bone. Scabbards are made with stitched leather over wood cores, ensuring secure carry and visual authenticity.
