This Viking Sword with Type X Pommel is a beautifully hand-forged blade that pays tribute to Norse craftsmanship from the Viking Age (circa 9th–11th century). Forged in Nepal by Everest Forge using traditional techniques, this sword features a 21-inch blade crafted from tough 5160 carbon steel—water-tempered for resilience and sharpened for real use.

The blade features an acid-etched Celtic rope motif running along the fuller—symbolizing interconnected fate, honor, and the warrior spirit. A 6-inch full tang handle carved from rosewood provides balance and control, capped with a historically inspired Type X disc-shaped pommel.

This piece comes with a custom leather-wrapped wooden scabbard, hand-decorated for additional flair, making it suitable for ceremonial gifting, historical reenactments, or display as a collector’s centerpiece.
