Panawal Sirupate Sword Kukri – Long Blade Khukuri with Full Tang Handle

The Panawal Sirupate Sword Kukri is a bold fusion of traditional Nepalese design and powerful blade performance. Inspired by the iconic Sirupate shape—named after the razor-thin siru grass—this long, sword-style kukri is crafted for serious chopping, slashing, and jungle work.

Unlike shorter field kukris, this version features an elongated, slender blade designed for greater reach and cutting momentum. Its profile allows for faster tip speed and cleaner slicing, making it an ideal companion for bush clearing, trail work, or utility cutting in wild terrain. The forged blade carries a rugged, unpolished finish that reflects its working heritage.

Built with a full tang and triple-riveted Panawal-style rosewood handle, this sword kukri ensures durability and confidence with every swing. It comes sheathed in a traditional cottonwood core scabbard wrapped in genuine yak leather and includes two small side knives—karda and chakmak—to complete the traditional khukuri set.

Key Features:

• Sword-style Sirupate Kukri: Long, narrow profile with excellent tip speed and reach

• Hand-Forged in Nepal: Crafted using traditional blacksmithing from 5160 carbon steel

• Full Tang Panawal Handle: Strong rosewood grip with metal rivets for durability

• Rugged Finish: Unpolished carbon steel for a field-ready appearance

• Traditional Accessories: Includes karda (utility blade) and chakmak (sharpener/fire striker)

• Yak Leather Scabbard: Hand-wrapped over a cottonwood core for secure carry

• Versatile Use: Ideal for jungle clearing, bushwork, chopping wood, or combat-style collection
