Custom Ice-Inspired Greatsword with Double Fuller

This custom hand-forged greatsword is inspired by the legendary proportions of the Ice sword, combined with elegant fantasy elements influenced by Glamdring. Designed as a fully functional two-handed sword, this piece features a broad straight blade with a strong taper toward the point, giving it an imposing presence while keeping the design practical and balanced.

The 43-inch blade is forged from high-carbon spring steel and finished with a clean satin polish. A double fuller runs along the blade to help reduce unnecessary weight while maintaining strength and rigidity. With the requested 7mm spine thickness, this sword will feel more solid than a regular longsword, while still being carefully balanced for two-handed handling.

The hilt features an upturned crossguard inspired by Glamdring, modified to be slightly narrower and more practical. The pommel follows a bulb-style design with less metal extending toward the handle. The 11-inch full tang rosewood handle is shaped in a long oval grip and finished with smooth leather wrapping, with a wire wrap placed beneath the center of the leather for added grip structure and refined detail.

A black leather-covered wooden scabbard is included, finished in a plain style to match the powerful and clean look of the sword. This custom piece is built as a functional collector’s sword with strong fantasy inspiration and real hand-forged construction.
