Custom Hand-Forged Katana

This private custom listing is for a hand-forged katana inspired by the customer’s supplied reference design. The sword features a long polished blade, a black Japanese-style handle, gold-coloured fittings and a distinctive red tassel.

The blade will be individually forged by the Everest Forge team using 5160 high-carbon spring steel, selected for its toughness, flexibility and resistance to impact. Each component will be made and assembled specifically for this custom order.

Hand-Forged for This Order

This katana is not a ready-made warehouse product. It will be individually forged, ground, polished, fitted and finished by hand at the Everest Forge workshop in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Photos will be shared during the forging process. Final completion photographs will also be provided to the customer for approval before the sword is dispatched.
