WWI Combat Balance Kukri/Khukuri – Modernized Historical Blade with Gripper Handle & Guard

The WWI Combat Balance Kukri is a tactical reinterpretation of the iconic Gurkha kukri used in World War I, now redesigned for modern use with enhanced balance and control. It features a perfectly centered balance point, similar to a boomerang, for improved handling, faster recovery, and better throwing capability, all while maintaining the legendary cutting power of the original.

The 12-inch semi-polished blade is hand-forged from 5160 high carbon steel using traditional blacksmithing techniques in Nepal. The twin fullers on the blade reduce unnecessary weight and friction while maintaining structural strength. The water-tempered edge ensures excellent edge retention and resilience.

This version features a 5.5-inch full tang gripper-style rosewood handle with a solid steel guard for added hand protection. The grip is carved with finger grooves to enhance handling during tactical or field use. Aluminum rivets and a lanyard hole ensure strength and security even in heavy-duty tasks.

The kukri comes with a traditional cottonwood core scabbard, wrapped in buffalo leather, and includes two companion knives: the Karda (utility blade) and Chakmak (sharpening tool).
