It is semi-polished and water-tempered for toughness and edge retention. The 5-inch full tang handle, carved from premium rosewood, includes a steel guard for hand protection and secure grip. This kukri comes complete with a traditional black buffalo leather scabbard wrapped over a cottonwood core.
