Golok Ranger – Forged Compact Jungle Chopper
The Golok Ranger is a short, heavy-duty chopper built in the Indonesian golok tradition — compact enough for control, but powerful enough to tackle dense brush, wood prep, and wild terrain. Forged for serious jungle tasks, this is a reliable work blade with a heritage of real use.
Hand-forged in Nepal using high-carbon 5160 steel (reclaimed from truck leaf springs), this blade is raw-finished and water tempered for a hardened edge and flexible spine. The golok-style curve and thick spine add chopping weight, while the blade's short length makes it easy to carry and maneuver in close quarters.
The 5-inch full tang handle is made from durable rosewood, secured with steel rivets and shaped for comfort and grip retention. Combined with a flared pommel, it offers a secure hold even in wet or high-impact situations.
Each Golok Ranger includes a rugged leather sheath for carry and protection. From dense jungle to survival camp to heavy-duty trail work, this compact golok is your go-to field companion.
