Everest Tiger Claw Khukuri – Exclusive Hand-Forged Jungle Blade

The Everest Tiger Claw Khukuri is a bold and exclusive jungle kukri designed for heavy-duty outdoor tasks. Hand-forged in Nepal, it features a 10-inch blade with a fierce recurved shape and a distinctive raw finish decorated with tiger-stripe grooves — small, evenly spaced patterns that improve both grip and aesthetics.

These forged groove patterns aren’t just for looks — they reduce friction during cutting and lower the blade's weight slightly, enhancing maneuverability while retaining its aggressive bite. Crafted from unpolished 5160 high carbon spring steel, the blade is hardened to 58–60 RC for optimal edge performance.

The 5-inch full tang handle is made from a combination of rosewood and yak bone, offering both strength and comfort. The contrasting tones of bone and dark wood give it a refined, high-contrast appearance. A small steel guard is integrated for added hand safety during chopping.

This exclusive kukri includes two essential field tools — a Karda (small utility blade) and Chakmak (sharpener), all housed in a durable black buffalo leather scabbard stitched over a wooden core.
