Each dagger is forged from 5160 high carbon leaf-spring steel, a material renowned for its durability and resilience. Using traditional forging methods, the blade is shaped, heat-treated, and water-tempered for working hardness, then sharpened to a fine edge. The full-tang rosewood handle is secured with steel fittings, ensuring a solid grip and long-lasting reliability. A custom leather-covered wooden scabbard completes this striking, functional design.
