The Everest Budhune D-Guard Kukri is a reimagined version of the traditional Budhune blade — now enhanced with a wide leaf-shaped profile, hollow grind, and modern D-guard handle. As part of the Everest Forge Signature Series, this kukri blends traditional Nepali craftsmanship with refined ergonomics and rugged functionality.

The 12-inch polished blade is forged from high carbon 5160 spring steel and water-tempered to create a durable, high-impact edge capable of withstanding repeated heavy use. The hollow forging reduces weight without compromising strength, and the flared Budhune-style leaf design delivers powerful chops and smooth cuts.

Designed for real utility, this kukri features a 5.5-inch full tang rosewood handle riveted securely and capped with a protective D-guard. This addition improves hand safety and makes it suitable for brush clearing, wood splitting, camp building, and defense use in rugged environments.

The kukri includes a strong black buffalo leather scabbard over a wooden core, along with traditional Karda and Chakmak knives for field utility and maintenance. The Everest Budhune Kukri stands as a fusion of cultural heritage and modern survival demands.
