This powerful working khukuri features three deep fullers (chirras) that reduce weight while maximizing strength and impact force. Each blade is expertly hand-forged in Nepal from high-grade 5160 carbon steel recycled from truck leaf springs. It is water-quenched and differentially hardened for edge retention and shock absorption. The full tang handle is carved from durable rosewood and reinforced with rivets, plus a guard for enhanced safety during rugged use. It comes housed in a black buffalo leather-covered wooden scabbard that completes the look of tradition and strength.
