This 24-inch blade is forged from 5160 high-carbon spring steel (repurposed from truck leaf springs), offering superior strength, resilience, and cutting ability. Water-tempered and sharpened, the blade features a deep fuller down its length—reducing weight while improving balance and handling. These characteristics are found in both Viking and later arming swords used throughout medieval Europe.

The full tang 7-inch handle is made of polished rosewood and wrapped in stitched leather for a firm, two-handed grip. A forged carbon steel guard and a classic 3-lobed Viking-style pommel offer balance, protection, and historical accuracy. Included is a plain leather scabbard (no wooden core), ideal for mobility and everyday carry.
