Eagle Sirupate Khukuri | Traditional Hand-Forged Kukri with Eagle Pommel
The 15-Inch Eagle Sirupate Khukuri is a powerful and culturally symbolic blade handcrafted in Nepal. Inspired by the "Siru" grass—long, narrow, and razor-sharp—this traditional kukri features a slender profile built for speed, slicing precision, and deep cutting strength. It’s ideal for real working conditions such as bushcraft, farming, and jungle use.
Forged from 5160 high carbon steel (sourced from truck leaf springs), the blade is water-tempered for maximum edge retention and cutting power. Its narrow shape reduces friction during use, making it highly efficient for extended outdoor tasks like wood chopping, meat preparation, clearing brush, and fieldwork.
What sets this kukri apart is its custom eagle head pommel—a nod to American knife collectors and symbolizing strength and freedom. The 6-inch full tang handle, crafted from durable rosewood and shaped for grip, offers comfort and balance, even during intense use. It comes with a rugged cottonwood core scabbard wrapped in yak leather for secure carry and protection.
