The Classic Chainpure Khukuri is a faithful tribute to one of Nepal’s most iconic and regionally distinct blades. Originating from Chainpur in eastern Nepal, this khukuri is recognized by its elegant, notch-less blade profile and balanced design—crafted for real field work, yet refined enough to be proudly displayed.

This updated version features a 16-inch hand-forged blade made from 5160 high carbon steel, water-tempered for strength, flexibility, and edge retention. The 6-inch handle, made of beautiful rosewood, is contoured for a firm and comfortable grip. This khukuri is made for demanding outdoor use—ideal for chopping, clearing, farming, and jungle survival—yet still holds cultural and historical significance.

Each piece comes with a traditional leather-wrapped wooden scabbard, along with Karda and Chakmak tools for small utility tasks and blade maintenance in the field.
