The Daab (or Dhab/Darb) is a traditional Thai sword that dates back centuries and is prominently featured in the Thai weapon system of Krabi-Krabong. Designed as a versatile and fast weapon, the daab is typically single-edged, lightweight, and straight or slightly curved, often used in pairs for dual-wielded combat.

These swords were wielded by Siamese warriors and palace guards, often alongside shields or in fluid combinations with kicks, grapples, and short weapons. With its origins influenced by neighboring Burmese and Khmer weaponry, the daab represents the fusion of function and elegance.
