Swiss/German Degen Dagger – 12-Inch Hand-Forged Blade with Whitewood Handle and Scabbard
The Swiss/German Degen Dagger is a compact and elegant blade inspired by the functional yet refined weapons of 15th to 16th-century European nobility and infantry. Hand-forged in Nepal using time-honored blacksmithing techniques, this 12-inch dagger offers both historical authenticity and modern utility.Crafted from 5160 high-carbon steel (leaf spring), the blade is water-tempered and sharpened, ensuring excellent edge retention, flexibility, and durability. Its size makes it highly maneuverable—ideal for bushcraft, reenactment, or display.
The 6-inch whitewood handle provides a lightweight yet firm grip, balancing the blade for excellent control. It comes complete with a custom-fit scabbard, making it easy to store and carry safely.
